Key Principles:

  • Tailored solutions. After an intake meeting to discuss our findings from Phase I, we work with you to determine what kind of assistance you need and how it can be customized to suit your organization.
  • We scan all departments and work together to review the results of the scan, translating them into actionable steps, using external and internal policy frameworks as guidance.
  • We ensure that all actors pragmatically and actively engage with the frameworks. We provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills, which they apply with our support, making these frameworks manageable and applicable in their daily work. In short, quality management becomes a natural part of daily activities.

Implementation Sessions: Aligning and Embedding

Both employees and stakeholders (internal and external) receive practical tools during the sessions to embed quality assurance into the organization’s culture. The approach is based on the analysis from Phase I and tailored to your short, medium, and long-term needs. Through close collaboration with all departments and levels of the organization, the desired goals are achieved quickly: further professionalization of quality assurance within teams, departments, and the entire organization.
